January

January has been rough. Can't wait for February! 

She's had a runny nose all month. Never ending boogers. She's learned to pick her nose and gave herself 2 bloody noses today. It was terrifying. 

I keep saying she's getting nicer and meaner at the same time. She hits me and her friends. She says no no no no! She runs away from me. She won't eat anything unless it's a snack or treat. She's a whiner. She's started time outs. Naps are a fight everyday.

But she's also the brightest parts of our lives, and helped us realize all month long that our family is what matters. Even when life just kind of stinks.

She gives hugs and kisses on demand and when we aren't expecting it. She cleans up after herself. She says so many words. She holds our hands and cuddles sometimes. She loves loves loves reading. She knows most animal sounds and other fun things. She goes to bed early and sleeps 12 hours. She'll always be in a good mood if you give her cheese.

She knows who Jesus is. She's excited to pray, and folds her arms. Sometimes she even keeps them folded the entire prayer. <3

Marcus and I have felt so grateful for each other and Logan, especially through the hard times. Family is what matters.
